The White Pheasant is the newest addition to The Golflinks Hotel, Portrush. The new restaurant opened in October 2022 with a new team of chefs being led by the hotels newly appointed head chef, Derek Steele. The White Pheasant boasts comfortable seating and ambience in which to enjoy a wide selection of culinary delights.

With an emphasis on local produce; the team source all ingredients from local suppliers including Carnbrooke Meats, Morellis Icecream, Surf n’ Turf, McAllesse Fruit & Veg & North Coast Smokehouse Salmon. The menu for the restaurant changes seasonally; however, you are always guaranteed to find an array of dishes using only locally sourced, fresh produce.
