This traditional Irish pub and bistro can be found in the gorgeous grounds of the Culloden Estate and Spa in Holywood, Co. Down. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink and a bite while you take in the stunning views. It is also next to the train station, so ideal for a day out from Belfast. The onsite car park is another plus.

As with all Hastings properties, there is extra emphasis on sourcing and serving the very best of the Northern Ireland larder. Ditty’s Oatcakes, Erin Grove Preserves and Glastry Farm Ice Cream are just some of the local producers who supply the Cultra Inn.

You’ll want an idea of the menu. There is a fabulous Breakfast and Brunch Menu with dishes such as Pancake Stacks with Berry Compote, Granola and Yoghurt and Poached Eggs on Sourdough with Smashed Avocado. Served daily from 9am- 11.30pm

For lunch, sharing plates and beyond, think Crispy Wings, Pork Belly Bites, Irish Charcuterie, Lisdergan steaks, Fish and Chips and Pasta.

When it’s cold, bask in the glow of the log fire, perhaps with an Irish coffee or mulled wine?. In good weather, the Bollinger Garden is a must!

It’s also very pet-friendly with water bowls and comfy dog beds.
