Main Ingredients
- 1kg Wheat flour
- 25g Bicarbonate of soda
- 25g Salt
- 600g Self-rising flour
- 150g Sugar
- 130g Melted butter
- 1lt Buttermilk
- 300ml Water

- Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixer
- Add melted butter
- Add buttermilk
- Add water until thick batter
- Add mixture to greased and floured loaf tins and bake at 160c for 50mins
