The Craft Tea Brew Company has been rebranded as Steeper Culture. Founder
Peter Barrett feels strongly that there are too many imitations of true kombucha and
sparkling teas on the market.

Peter started home-brewing in 2015, making kombucha authentically through slow
fermentation and never pasteurised. The original name was the Buchas Dog which
then became The Craft Tea Company. Now, Steeper Culture is still all about that
slow, authentic process. They aid digestion and are brilliant paired with food.
The range includes Cherry Lime, The Turmenator, Assamson and Goliath, The
Hoptamist, Strawberry Lemonade and Lightning McGreen. The drinks are brewed at
the microbrewery and canned at the purpose built on the outskirts of Belfast.
