Blackfire Food are an artisan food company specialising in the creation of spicy
condiments. Established in 2014, they have won many awards for their range of hot
sauces, and chilli jams and in 2024 were nominated for the Golden Fork Awards after
scooping 3 stars at the Great Taste Awards for their Ghost Pepper & Black Lime
Ketchup. The range also includes infused chilli oils, spice bags and Garlic chilli crunch
with more products in development. All products are gluten free and are available for
food service, retail and wholesale. We also supply into UK and ROI.
