Taste of Ulster member Slemish Market Supper Club have collaborated with BBQ masters Food on Fire from Co. Louth for an amazing BBQ dining experience at Incredible Edibles in Cloughmills, Co. Antrim on Saturday 27th August!
At this event Chef Rob Curley and BBQ Master and expert Ruairi Browne will present a 6 course BBQ “Whole Hog Menu” using responsible produce from Food on Fire, Incredible Edibles Community Garden , Slemish Market Garden and Co.Antrim. Throughout this BBQ they will be incorporating the unique and creative style of the cuisine offered at the Slemish Market Supper Club, so expect a flavorsome feast of gastronomic surprises!
The event begins at 6:00pm, with the dining experience commencing at 6:15pm. The cost is £70pp (£40 deposit) and BYO!
