Includes canapés and fizz on arrival plus three-course Marco Pierre White fine dining experience with matched wines from specialist independent wine merchants Neill Wine, Groomsport.
In the 1980s celebrated chef Marco Pierre White filmed a TV series cooking signature dishes for his French food heroes including Pierre Koffmann, Albert Roux and Raymond Blanc. But White wasn’t cooking his signature dishes – he was recreating theirs.
Since opening in December 2015, The Wheathill has become one of the most popular restaurants in Bangor. In this one-off Festival event, chef-proprietor Cameron Carter pays homage to Marco Pierre White, his own food hero, by cooking an exclusive three course meal inspired by that vintage TV show. You will watch three 20 minute episodes, each one followed by a course from the film, lovingly recreated by Cameron and his team, and accompanied by a carefully selected glass of the finest French wine.
If you are vegetarian or have special dietary requirements, please provide details in the comments section at time of booking.
This event is for over 18’s only and is £75 per person.
