The Archbishop’s Palace will be the setting for a black tie gala banquet on the eve of Georgian Day. Georgian characters will mingle with guests for an evening of entertainment, music, dancing and an amazing five course menu prepared by local award winning chefs from The Yellow Door. The carefully selected menu will feature dishes which would have been found on the Georgian dining table.
