Visitors will be able to sample and see the best of local produce from the shores of Lough Neagh. Members of the Lough Neagh Artisans will be showcasing their wonderful businesses with a selection of delicious chutneys and jams from Annie’s Delights, a tasty cooking demo from Bakehouse NI, there will be exquisite gourmet gluten free handmade Belgian chocolate brownies on offer from Gold & Browne’s, Noreen’s Nettles will have a range of nettle products including nettle powder and cordial available and Tyrone Crafted Glass will be selling an array of glass stemware. Woodlab Distillery will be sharing samples of Symphonia Spirits and Lock Keeper’s Cottage will be quenching visitors’ thirsts with beautifully crafted homemade refreshments. In addition to our Lough Neagh Artisans, a range of artisans from across Northern Ireland will be providing visitors with a superb choice of locally made arts, crafts, and tasty treats. Visitors will also enjoy live music by local musician Malachi Johnston.

Ballylisk of Armagh, Portadown- Cheese manufactured and crafted with care in Co Armagh
Ballyriff Buffalo, Magherafelt- Market goers will be able to buy cooked meats to enjoy while browsing the market and raw cuts to take home
Bathe Botanicals, Lurgan- Artisan soaps and bathing products handmade by Christine McCaughey
Causeway Cookie Company, Portrush – Selling gluten, egg and dairy free decorated cookies and a cookie decorating activity for kids of all ages!
Country Lane Candles, Castlewellan- Handmade eco and vegan-friendly candles, wax melts and reed diffusers
Gold & Browne’s, Randalstown- A member of Lough Neagh Artisans, Gold and Browne’s was established in May 2021 producing homemade, gourmet, gluten-free, Belgian chocolate brownies, all of which are baked fresh to order. Made with quality ingredients and no artificial flavours/additives. Gold and Browne’s provides a range of eight flavours.
Granny Shaw’s Fudge and Confections, Broughshane- Stocking a range of handmade fudges, tablets and confections
Hugable Bears, Ballyclare- Hugable Bears is 25 years old. Handmade crochet teddy bears in three different sizes and in different wools. Also crochet mushrooms, dragons, whales, dinosaurs, sheep and many other toys.
Irishmanlost, Ballycastle- Fine art prints and framed prints of dereliction and landscapes
Juliana Made This, Belfast – Handpoured soy candles with wooden wicks, reed diffusers, soy wax melts and handmade concrete homeware made by Juliana and her husband in their small studio at home
Lock Keeper’s Cottage, Toome –A member of Lough Neagh Artisans and the venue for the first Lough Neagh Artisans Market, the picturesque cottage is a recently established interactive heritage centre and tea room looking out over the River Bann, renovated from an original lock keeper’s home in August 2017. It is perfect for a relaxing cup of tea or coffee as you watch the river amble along, or if you prefer, indulge in some of the many home-style baked scones or cakes after you take a stroll down the sunshine dappled Canal Walk. The Lock Keeper’s Cottage has been a triumph for hobbyists far and wide. An area of high biodiversity is ideal for wildlife enthusiasts and if canoeing is your passion, or for the many others who use this site to launch and return for great homemade food and hospitality.
Lough Neagh Fishermen’s Co-Operative Society Ltd, Toomebridge- Providing market visitors with samples of Smoked Eel Fillet which can be purchased to take home
Mary McMinn, Toome- An artist from Toomebridge, Mary will be selling a selection of hand printed linocut art prints and some smaller works, hand printed cards etc of local wildlife and the local area.
Molly and Me Candles, Cookstown- An Irish Artisan Craft business that creates small batch natural wax candles and melts, room diffusers and bath products in a sustainable and conscientious way. Natural Soy Wax Wooden Wick Candles in selection of glass jars Natural Soy Wax Cotton Wick candles in Tins Natural Soy Wax Melts Room Diffusers and Sprays Hand rolled Beeswax Candles and candle holders Soy Wax Tealights and Tealight holders Wax Melt Burners – selection Bath bombs and skincare products.
Mooca Kombucha, Benburb- Creating extraordinary small batch kombucha to help aid good gut and all over health
Mourne BeachArt, Newcastle- Teresa picks up sea-glass from the Co Down coastline while out walking with her dog Luna. She uses her finds to create pictures and greeting cards. All pictures are box framed in white in a variety of sizes.
MrsB, Glenarm- Mrs B designs and makes handbags, purses and accessories and occasionally cushions from British and Irish wool, including Harris Tweed and Donegal Tweed

Noreen’s Nettles, Aghalee- A member of Lough Neagh Artisans, Noreen produces and sells nettle tea/powder, cordial, loose nettle biscuits and nettle salve
Oh Hey Crochet, Randalstown- Handmade crochet and knit items including blankets, toys, cardigans and accessories
Pawsome Treats and Accessories, Cookstown- Homemade healthy dog treats – pupnuts, biscuits, cakes, handmade bow ties and bandanas
Pyrocrafts by Shauna, Randalstown- Pyrocrafts by Shauna has been running for 5 years. Shauna use pyrography, laser engraving and decoupage on a variety of woods to make a range of jewellery, trinket and keepsake boxes, clocks, serving boards/platters, and a small range of keyrings and photo frames
Scarlett Aromas, Ballymena- Handcrafted Soy candles and wax melts, also room mists, carpet fresheners and home decor eg. wax burners and vases
Seaview Farms, Coalisland- Providing market goers with regeneratively raised meats. Seaview Farm will also be selling hot food including their authentic Texas style BBQ pulled pork brioche baps
Simple Home Holism, Saintfield- Organic essential oil soaps, skin and body care products, soy wax candles
Small Eco Changes, Castledawson- Niamh is a formulation scientist who has a passion for sustainable living. She has created handmade shampoo bars which are unlike any traditional shampoo bar on the market (no soap base, surfactant base which has low risk of causing irritability and they’re not really hard like traditional bars therefore they lather much easier). They are vegan, cruelty free, plastic free and zero landfill waste (packaging is compostable and/or recyclable). Most importantly, they are affordable, therefore, accessible for anyone who wants to try and make an eco-friendly change to any routine.

The Mermaid’s Jewellery Box, Ballycastle- Handmade Irish Seaglass Jewellery Designer – necklaces, handmade pens, brooches, bracelets and earrings etc all made with Seaglass collected by hand around the beaches of the North Coast of Northern Ireland
The Snowdrop Workshop, Ballyclare- Local crafter who specialises in painting and decorating recycled bottles, jars and tiles with iconic local images, scenery and general Decoupage
The Wee Wooden Company, Larne- Hand crafted wooden jewellery
Tyrone Crafted Glass, Coalisland- Handcrafted glass stemware
Willow Moon Ireland, Newmills- Cathy Dempster is a mixed media artist selling beautifully unique hand painted ceramics. Cathy also paints oil on canvas and prints mugs.
Woodlab Distillery, Moy- A member of Lough Neagh Artisans, Woodlab Distillery is the producer of Symphonia Spirits – they will be sampling spirits and selling gift sets, gin jam and glasses.
Eel Supper at Grans Cafe
Grans Cafe in Toome will open on the day of the Lough Neagh Artisan Market to offer a superb Eel Supper. It doesn’t get more authentic than this because the family who own the cafe have fished the Lough for four generations, so they know how to cook an eel. The Eel Supper at Grans is priced at £10.00 per person and must be booked in advance by phoning the café on 028 7965 0082. We recommend booking early as demand is usually high.
