Come and eat lots of lovely food at Comber Farmers’ Market which will be taking part in the Curiously Comber event on Thursday 24 March. The Alice in Comberland themed event will be a great, free day out for families, local people and visitors and will feature a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, acrobats, Alice in Wonderland characters, a petting zoo and live music.

The market will open at the usual time of 9.00am but opening hours will be extended until 4.00pm to coincide with Curiously Comber. There will be 24 stalls selling artisan food and plants including cheese, jams, chutneys, oils, olives, breads, bacon, ham, sausages, beef, cakes, eggs, fish, fruit, vegetables, granola, pies, tarts, quiches, and chocolates. In addition there will be bedding plants, unusual garden shrubs and spring bulbs on sale. A full list of our regular traders can be found on www.combermarket.co.uk
