We’re back!!

June is Love Dairy month and we LOVE DAIRY. So to celebrate all things cheese we are partnering up with Combers loft deli bar Indie Fude.

We will host a cheese tasting focusing on raw milk Irish cheese and beers from local brewers Farmaggedon and Boundary Brewery.

We also have a treat, we will be cracking open a 1 month old Young Buck to show the transformation that the cheese goes under as it blues.

Selecting 5 of the best small scale cheese from around the country we will show the different flavours and that different milks and techniques bring by eating our way through cows, goats and sheep milk cheese. We will pair these with a range of local beers, from the guys at Farmaggedon, Comber, and Boundary, Newtownards Road, to showcase the great products our wee country is producing.

Bring an empty stomach and an open mind. There will be plenty of fruit and crackers to compliment the cheese and to ensure everyone goes away satisfied.
