Artisan Chocolate Skills Workshop with Geri of The Chocolate Manor

A fun and yummy workshop with Geri Martin of The Chocolate Manor. On this hands on one day workshop you will be introduced to working with couverture chocolate and will pick up lots of tips for home chocolate making. You’ll learn how to temper chocolate couverture, make moulded chocolates and add fillings, how to work with modern artistic chocolate transfer sheets. Each participant will take home the goodies they make along with instructions and recipes to follow at home.
