Head chef Umesh Aggarwal  and his talented team have created a menu of classic and exotic signature dishes, with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients. 

Start your day with a delicious breakfast such as French toast laden with fresh fruit, or a sizzling traditional fry-up chose lunch from our range of light bites, healthy and heartier options; or enjoy a mouth-wateringly memorable dinner and indulgent desserts, accompanied by selections from our extensive wine list.

A member of the LegenDerry food network, our menus might include haddock from Greencastle fishermen, lip-smacking Lo & Slo BBQ sauce, made here in Derry-Londonderry (and great on our bestselling pork ribs!), homemade wheaten bread infused with local craft beer, and herbs handpicked in our hotel garden. 

From fluffy couscous to minty tabbouleh, you may also spot some Lebanese inspiration on the menu; a tribute to our owners’ family roots in Lebanon.
