Organisers in partnership with Food NI are looking for local food and drink producers to exhibit and sell throughout this year’s weekend festival. The festival attracts in excess of 25,000 visitors annually and has something for everyone from fine foods and celebrity chef demonstrations to live music – this years line up includes Peter Andre and Fleur East! 2: DESCRIPTION OF FOOD EXHIBITION Please provide us with a detailed description of the food items that you will be selling, appearance of your stand and a current photograph of your stand setup (photo to be attached with form either via post or email). PLEASE NOTE trade space will not be accepted or confirmed until this information is provided and vetted by the Events Team. Management reserves the right to refuse any trade applications that are not appropriate or in keeping with the ethos of the event. There is a no chip policy at this event, the selling of chips on food to go stands will not be tolerated. In applying to sell at the event implies you understand and will adhere to this and all other rules laid done by the organisers. __________________

5: PAYMENT: APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT. Food Producer (Selling for consumption off site- e.g. Jam, cider, bread. -£175 plus VAT Food To Go (Selling For Consumption On Site) -£540 plus VAT Please make cheques payable to Food NI Ltd. 6: DECLARATION I / We hereby make application for trade space as above at DALRIADA FESTIVAL 2019 on 13th and 14th July. I / We agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set out in the Exhibit/ Trade Stand Regulations as part of this application. I have completed the application form and provided all information as requested including a full description of my trade stand along with a photo and payment in order to confirm my booking. I also agree to provide the organisers with a copy of my public liability insurance, hygiene rating, gas certificate and a risk assessment (where applicable) .For more information regarding camping, additional passes, tables or electric please contact Glenarm Castle. | Applications MUST be accompanied with full payment, documentation and a recent photograph of your stand (from 2019). Food to go providers must source, use and promote NI produce where possible. *Please note acceptance of your application by Food NI does not guarantee you a stand at Dalriada Food festival*
Traders must be present and selling for the entire show, trading hours are 11am to 10pm each day. It is not permitted to pack up and leave early during these hours. Please note as this is a celebration of local food and drink, priority may be given to local companies Closing date – 10th May 2019 |
