Foraging on the Farm with Forage Ireland at Broughgammon
Have you ever been curious about wild plants? Wondered which ones are edible? The best times to harvest them? And what to do them?
We are really excited to have Dermot from Forage Ireland here on the farm next Sunday, 9th September to teach us all his foraging, wild food knowledge and answer all our foraging Qs!
The afternoon will kick off at 1pm with a long foraging walk with Dermot around the farm. After the walk there will be a wild jam making demo as well as some homemade cake and coffee to finish.
This is going to be a lovely way to start off the new season and the perfect way to build confidence when out foraging.
